Arrival and departure
The chalet is ready from 15h00, if you plan to arrive later than 18h00 please contact us so we can help you further. The day of departure you have to leave the chalet between 09h00 and 10h30 at the latest. If you wish to leave before 09h00h, please inform the reception the day before.

Guarantee / damage
Our beautiful new chalets look very refined and we like to keep it that way, for you and the guests after you. We expect you to leave the chalet as you found it; the fridge and cupboards empty, garbage in the container at the entrance of the campsite, floors swept, crumbs from the table, dishes clean in the cupboards and the bathroom dry and tidy.
When you are ready to leave you will come to the reception, a staff member will accompany you to the chalet for final inspection and will return your deposit.

If damage is found after departure, or objects are broken or stolen... we will charge you for this. In normal use, you should of course not worry.

Cancellation
When making the reservation, we will immediately charge 50% of the total price.

In case of early departure we will charge the total amount of the reservation. We do not need proof of cancellation but we strictly adhere to the above conditions. If you wish, you can take out cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice, but we do not offer this.

Maximum occupancy
Our two bedroom chalets (Low Budget 2, Budget 2 and Luxe 2) can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. The chalets with three bedrooms (Low Budget 3, Budget 3 and Luxe 3) can be occupied by up to 6 people. We strictly adhere to this to guarantee you a pleasant and quiet stay. If we notice that this condition is violated, you may be denied access to the chalet, hereby come into force the cancellation conditions in Article 3 are included.

Payment
On arrival we ask you to pay the remaining 50% of your stay at the reception. This can be by card or cash. Also the deposit of 200 euros per chalet we ask you to pay in cash at the reception. We will keep it and give it back to you after your stay.

Nuisance
We are proud of our family and quiet atmosphere that prevails in our campsites. That's why we ask everyone to keep it quiet after 10.30 pm and to respect their sleep. Motorized traffic is no longer allowed between 08h00 and 22h30. As a result, the barrier at the entrance will no longer be openable. In case of an emergency, you can always go to the reception 24 hours a day. If any inconvenience of any kind is detected, this may be a reason to end your stay early.
We do not allow bachelors or youth parties.

Young people travelling alone
If your company consists exclusively of young people under the age of 23, please inform us. If you do not inform us, we reserve the right to refuse your stay. We reserve the right to ask for any extra (sound) guarantees.

Luxe Chalets
In our Luxe chalets we take care of the cleaning. This means that we will clean everything after your departure, but you will have to do the dishes and dispose of the waste in the containers at the entrance. If this is not the case, we are obliged to charge 50 EUR.

You may leave the bed linen on the beds, as well as the towels.

Ordering breakfast
Pistolets, cakes and bread can be ordered at the reception. We work together with the delicious baker 3B's in St-Idesbald. An order form for your bread can be obtained at the reception. Please hand in your order form before 17h00 at the reception, in order to guarantee your order. We ask that you pay in cash in advance at the reception.
Your order will be delivered to the door of your rental chalet from 09h00 onwards.
Breakfast is only available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as during July and August.

Pets
If you are travelling with pets, please inform us in advance. This way we can provide an adapted chalet, for the convenience of you and your pet. However, we would urge you to keep your dog on a leash at all times and to let them do their needs outside the campsite.

When booking a chalet, you agree to these conditions in full, even if you rent through one of our partners, these conditions apply.

In case of dispute about the conditions or their consequences, only the courts of Veurne are competent.
